BKU Charuni Decides Not to Contest Lok Sabha Elections, Focuses on State Assembly Polls: Gurnam Singh Charuni

The Bharatiya Kisan Union Charuni made a significant decision during their meeting in Kurukshetra on Wednesday. The union, led by Gurnam Singh Charuni, announced that they will not be contesting the upcoming Lok Sabha elections on the symbol of Gurnam Singh Charuni’s Sanyukt Sangharsh Party (SSP).

Instead, the union has decided to focus on the upcoming state assembly elections in Haryana, where they will be contesting on all 90 seats under the banner of Sanyukt Sangharsh Party. Gurnam Singh Charuni emphasized that all aspects related to contesting elections were thoroughly discussed during the meeting.

In regards to their support for any political party in the Lok Sabha elections, Charuni expressed disappointment with the Congress party for not addressing the concerns of farmers. He highlighted that no farm leader has been given a ticket by Congress and criticized their lack of engagement with farmer unions.

As a result, the Bharatiya Kisan Union Charuni decided not to support any one party in the Lok Sabha elections. Instead, they have urged their supporters and workers to focus on preparing for the Haryana assembly elections and contesting all 90 seats.

Charuni emphasized the importance of engaging in politics to bring about necessary reforms and protect the interests of the country. He called for patriots who are willing to fight for the nation to join the Sanyukt Sangharsh Party and work towards safeguarding the country’s future.

The decision made by the Bharatiya Kisan Union Charuni marks a significant shift in their political strategy and sets the stage for their active participation in the upcoming state assembly elections in Haryana.
